Step 1 – Remove the Original Mirror Cover

Use a plastic trim removal tool to carefully remove the factory rearview mirror cover.

Tips:

• Start from the lower edge.
• Release the clips gently.
• Do not use excessive force.
• Keep the original cover in a safe place.

Step 2 – Locate the Factory Power Connector

After removing the cover, locate the original power connector near the rain sensor or rearview mirror module.

This connector supplies power to the dash cam through the plug-and-play adapter.

Step 3 – Connect the Plug & Play Cable

Disconnect the original vehicle connector.

Then:

1. Connect the OKCAMX Plug & Play adapter to the factory socket.
2. Connect the original vehicle plug to the adapter.
3. Ensure every connector is securely locked.

This installation method is completely non-destructive and preserves the vehicle's original wiring.

Step 4 – Install the Integrated Dash Cam
